In today’s world, customers are becoming more practical and more open to new technologies. The demand for hybrid cars as well as with the B-segment type of cars are continuously increasing, that’s why Toyota came up with the idea of combining these two factors into a vehicle. With the launch ofAuris HSD in 2010, Toyota began their campaign to offer full hybrid power in all its models in Europe as early as 2020s.
Toyota’s tested Hybrid Synergy Drive is set to target those urban customers who are expecting a car that can delivers low fuel consumption, low CO2 emissions at a low cost of ownership with relaxed and quiet performance not compromising driving pleasure.
The Yaris HSD concept will be followed by production model to be launch in Europe in 2012.
